Three days in Thailand with 90 directors and managers at Pandora, sharpening their Microsoft Copilot skills and getting them to build their own agents.

The agent building was the best part: watching people with no technical background create something that takes a real task off their plate. The technology was the easy part. The energy, sharp questions and the drive to push the technology as far as it would go made the week.

A walk through the production facilities, following a piece of jewellery from casting to finished product, was a good reminder of what AI is for: clearing noise out of the day so people have more room for the work only they can do.

More than 60 HR colleagues from across STARK Group joined a full-day HR AI Hackathon, in the room and online. They did not come to sit and listen. They came to build.

Together we turned everyday HR challenges into ideas and then into working AI agents. By the end of the day the room was full of first HR agent prototypes.

This is what happens when an organisation does not just want to hear about AI but wants to get its hands on it.

They sit alongside six Salesforce certifications, including Agentforce Specialist and Sales Cloud Consultant, plus Demo2Win! and Design Thinking Facilitator.
